Wayne Moloney's book (Your Roadmap to Sales Management Success) conveys an easy to understand path through the at times difficult labyrinth of sales management. Sadly, this book is needed as at times sales reps are elevated to sales management status even though they have never had the opportunity to develop people leadership skills. Wayne Moloney's book therefore is an excellent grounding for aspiring and for newly appointed sales managers. It is logically laid out, easy to understand and refreshingly devoid of unnecessary padding or overt finger-waving by the author.
